Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout through USPS or the available carrier options. Domestic U.S. orders of $150 or more qualify for free Economy shipping, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days. Other USPS shipping options include a $1 handling fee. Applicable taxes and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

In-stock orders are generally processed within 1 business day and include a tracking number. If you are local, we can arrange for a pickup.

Custom soap orders can be placed through our creator and paid for at Shopify checkout. Each recipe is reviewed by the maker before production. Please allow 4–6 weeks for curing; the shipping transit time begins when your order is ready to dispatch. Contact us about a requested event date or any special arrangements.
